Summary of Work to be performed:
Workday production will be under planned maintenance while Workday Student related configurations are being moved to our production environment as part of our Move to Production (MTP2) initiative. Employees will not be able to access Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance and Student applications during this downtime. Prospective students will be able to access the Owens Admissions application site.

Risk Assessment for Service Interruption:
4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
