Affected Service: Banner, Application Navigator, Banner Self-Service, Applications Manager, Ethos, Degree Works, Elevate, and Experience (Ozone)

Start Date & Time: Sunday, January 2nd, 2022 at 8:00 A.M.
End Date & Time: Sunday, January 2nd, 2022 at 12 P.M.

Summary of Work to be performed:
Applying Banner upgrades. Banner job submission will also be down during this time.

Applications Manager will be down while Banner upgrades are taking place. Any jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online.

Web applications that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to: Owens Access Store, FMS/Attendance Tracking, Tuition and Fees Estimator, CCP School/Counselor login, and Zupmail.

During portions of the upgrade, access to Banner Self-Service (including Web Registration) will be unavailable. There will also be times communication between Banner, Degree Works, Elevate, and Experience (Ozone) will be unavailable.

Risk Assessment for Service Interruption:
4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
