Summary of Work to be performed: Upgrading the OnBase servers and application to a newer version.
Examples of applications, clients, and services that will be down: Desktop client, Unity client, and Web client; Document retrieval, scanning, indexing, and committing; Unity forms submissions
Risk Assessment for Service Interruption: 4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
