Affected Services: Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service, Applications Manager and various web applications
Start Date & Time: Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 7:00 am End Date & Time: Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Noon
Summary of Work to be performed: - Applying Banner and Ethos upgrades in production database. - Banner’s Job Submission functionality will be unavailable. Any Applications Manager jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online. - While Degree Works, Elevate and Ozone applications will be available as a whole, certain features requiring messaging to/from Banner will be unavailable during this downtime. - Web applications that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to: FMS/Attendance Tracking, Tuition and Fees Estimator, CCP School/Counselor login, and Zupmail.
Risk Assessment for Service Interruption: 4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
