Affected Service: Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service, Applications Manager, Degree Works and various web applications

Start Date & Time: Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 8:00 am
End Date & Time: Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 11:00 am

Summary of Work to be performed:
- Applying Oracle patches to Banner, Applications Manager, and Degree Works databases.
- Banner’s Job Submission functionality will be unavailable. Any Applications Manager jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online.
- While Elevate and Ozone applications will be available as a whole, certain features requiring messaging to/from Banner will be unavailable during this downtime.
- Web applications that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to: Tuition and Fees Estimator, CCP School/Counselor login, and Zupmail.

Risk Assessment for Service Interruption:
4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
