Summary of Work to be performed: - ITS team will be perform a maintenance task by restarting the Banner production database server. - Banner’s Job Submission functionality will be unavailable. Any Applications Manager jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online. - While Degree Works, Elevate, and Ozone applications will be available as a whole, certain features requiring messaging to/from Banner will be unavailable during this downtime.
Risk Assessment for Service Interruption: 4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
