Summary of Work to be performed:
- Applying Banner upgrades in Banner production.
- Banner’s Job Submission functionality will be unavailable. Any Applications Manager jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online.
- While Degree Works, Elevate, and Ozone applications will be available as a whole, certain features requiring messaging to/from Banner will be unavailable during this downtime.
- Web applications that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to: FMS/Attendance Tracking, Tuition and Fees Estimator, CCP School/Counselor login, and Zupmail.
Risk Assessment for Service Interruption:
4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
