Affected Service: Banner Admin Pages, Banner Application Navigator, Banner Self-Service (including Web Registration), Applications Manager, Degree Works and various web applications

Summary of Work to be performed:
Applying Oracle patches to Banner, Applications Manager, Degree Works and FACE databases. Implementing Azure SSO on Banner Production.
Banner’s Job Submission functionality will be unavailable. Any Applications Manager jobs scheduled during the downtime will resume once services are back online.
While Elevate and Ozone applications will be available as a whole, certain features requiring messaging to/from Banner will be unavailable during this downtime. Web applications that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to: FMS/Attendance Tracking, Tuition and Fees Estimator, CCP School/Counselor login, and Zupmail.
Risk Assessment for Service Interruption:
4 = Extreme Impact / Complete shutdown within planned time frame
